Wayne-Dalton 3973CR 3 Button Transmitter The Wayne-Dalton 3973C wireless transmitter can control most Wayne-Dalton garage door openers, the WDRR-372R Garage Door Opener Conversion Module and the WDHA-12R Wireless Gateway. Utilizing secure rolling code technology, the 3973C controls Wayne-Dalton prodrive® or idrive® garage door openers to open and close garage doors. Used in conjunction with a Z-Wave-enabled garage door opener, this remote can also control up to four Z-Wave scenes. When used with a non Z-Wave enabled opener, using this remote with the WDHA-12R Wireless Gateway will allow you to control up to three Z-Wave scenes. Coupled with the WDRR-372R Garage Door Opener Conversion Module, this remote will operate any brand of garage door opener.

This is a handy small remote to keep in your car. It comes with the battery and can be set up really quickly by simple pushing the button on the Wayne Dalton opener or Wayne Dalton conversion module and then selecting the button to assign to the garage door. If you plan to assign a Z wave scene to the remote, for example, to turn on your house lights and outdoor spots, you can do that, too, but will need the Gateway device (Wayne-Dalton WDHA-12R HomeSettings Wireless Gateway) installed in your network as well.
